When following a decentralised model of operations, we believe the community has a great role to play in effectively reaching care and support to patients. The communities governed by elected members and supported by volunteers are empowered to run the link centers as per by-laws formulated by the Alpha Trust. From identifying patients who require care to running donation drives, the members of each community have been instrumental to a great extent.
